Because it’s so gentle, you can use it every day. Please just note that it will not lather. We have put no sulfates there so that's why it is not foaming that much. It will definitely cleanse your hair, condition it and help detangle it - leaving really soft. You don't need to use any other shampoo before, or no other conditioner afterwards.
